MJ SYSTEMS platform

FeedMatik

Designed by MJ SYSTEMS, FeedMatik is a manufacturing execution system (MES) for bulk processes — a turnkey solution covering every phase of transformation. NIVEK deploys it, integrates it with your equipment and supports you, with FlourMill for least-cost formulation and Premix for precision micro-dosing.

  • Least-cost formulation: recipes, nutritional values and labels
  • Precision micro-dosing — premixes, minerals, concentrates
  • Full traceability of every batch, exportable to your ERP (NAV, Odoo, SAP)
  • According to MJ SYSTEMS, automated mills gain 5 to 20% in production capacity

Milling & Agri-foodAutomated grinding and roller mill

Automated grinding and roller mill

Situation — The grinder and the roller mill ran in manual mode, on separate starters.

What NIVEK did — We redesigned the electrical room and the control system: sensors added, programming and commissioning. A “keep full” mode holds the silos full from grind level setpoints — normal and critical. When the particle size changes, the adjustment stays manual, so the system asks the operator to confirm it has been made.

Automated two-pit receiving

Situation — Receiving ran entirely in manual mode.

What NIVEK did — We automated all of it: two receiving pits, bulk-to-bulk transfers and debagging — from bags to bulk.

Beyond cost

Four differences that weigh on the decision.

The calculator puts a figure on the investment.

Here is what a simple cost does not show.

Criterion
In-house
NIVEK integrator
Commissioning
On average 18 to 36 months, depending on the learning curve.
Timeline tailored to needs, with assisted start-up.
Specialization
Experience with your process built from scratch.
Field expertise and a library of proven recipes.
Key risk
Reliance on one or a few key people.
Local team, complete documentation, ongoing support.
Evolution
Limited by in-house skills, risk of inertia.
Updates and continuous knowledge refresh.
