This year we had the chance to visit the factory of Audi located in Ingolstadt, we were able to visit the assembly of the bodywork and the final assembly of the vehicles.

We have seen technological innovation pushed to its maximum; more than 5000 robots share the task of manufacturing vehicles with more than 43,000 employees. The concepts of industry 4.0 are not only present but completely integrated in the production, it is possible for each of the work stations to know all the details of the vehicle, its future owner, and the options chosen. The degree of automation makes it possible to simultaneously produce 8 vehicle models on the same production line with perfect synchronization.
