Automation of 2 production lines for animal feed

Nivek Automatisation inc. has just completed the implementation of a new control system for the control of 2 production lines of “granules” for animal feed. The installation had to take place in less than 48 hours to make sure not to delay the deliveries, which was successfully completed.

More than 600 IOs, more than 50 engines totaling nearly 1500 hp, 2 virtual servers, 8 access points and 75 network connections, had to be prepared, configured, tested and commissioned.
