Integrated measuring system

Nivek Automation has just completed the design of an integrated measuring system.

The system is built in a high strength and waterproof case, it is wireless to facilitate use and also allows staff to stand away from the test area.
The recording of the readings is done with an accuracy of 1ms, which makes it possible to calculate the speed, the acceleration in m / sec and in “G”.
The test is activated through an Excel file which connects to the PLC via the Wi-Fi network. Once the system is started, it reaches a motion, once the movement has been completed, the data is returned in the Excel file for analysis and the system allows to record up to 2000 readings for a movement. A version of 10000 readings is also available.
